Today was a moderately relaxing day. Because it was the weekend, I was able to get a couple more hours of sleep. I spent the majority of the afternoon running errands. Groceries were finally purchased for the week, and I was able to find a barbershop on my own in some random alley in Rome. The customer service was great and the cost was reasonable.
I was also able to squeeze in some gelato time with my professors during the late evening. We walked all around the city, passing by Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo. It was nice to take a scenic tour of Rome that didn't entail art history presentations. We then walked back to the campo to observe more of the World Cup madness. Overall, it was a slow but peaceful day.
